WHO WE ARE
EGO FOUNDATION LTD/GTE is a human capital development organisation committed to fostering inclusive economic growth, strengthening communities, and creating sustainable opportunities for individuals, particularly women, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
We believe that every individual and community has the capacity to achieve more when provided with the right skills, opportunities, resources, and support. Our work focuses on developing human capacity, promoting economic empowerment, and creating pathways for people in underserved communities to become productive, self-reliant, and active contributors to society.
Enterprise, Growth & Opportunities (EGO) Foundation was founded in 2018 and has since worked to influence the redistribution of wealth by closing the poverty gap through enterprise development, technology education, skills development, and collaboration — with a major focus on women and youth.

Goal
Our long-term goal is to promote shared prosperity among women and youth in underserved communities by supporting 3 million people out of poverty through skills development, enterprise, innovation, and sustainable economic opportunities.
