WHO WE ARE
Enterprise, Growth & Opportunities (EGO) Foundation is a non-profit social development organisation working to reduce poverty and unemployment across Africa by equipping people with the skills, knowledge, technology, networks and opportunities they need to build better livelihoods. We design and implement practical, community-focused programmes that connect women, young people and underserved communities to the skills, enterprise support and networks they need to participate meaningfully in the economy. We don’t just provide aid — we redistribute opportunity.

GreenWorks Africa
Equipping young Nigerians with solar installation, renewable energy and green enterprise skills — with intentional inclusion of women and Persons with Disabilities. Impact: 2,500+ youth trained | 12,340 total beneficiaries | 40% women participation.
SheEnabled
A financial and digital inclusion project helping women and girls in business showcase their products, strengthen bookkeeping, and connect with advisors and funding. Impact: 5,000+ women empowered | 30+ communities reached across Nigeria.
Women Traditional Textile Design
Equipping young women in Lagos and Ogun States with Adire, Batik, tailoring and textile production skills, alongside business, branding and digital marketing training. Impact: 1,000+ women trained | 40% income increase reported.
Lead the Future
Developing leadership, communication and critical thinking skills among primary school students through workshops, mentorship and public speaking. Impact: 15,000 students targeted across 5 Local Government Areas.
Enterprise Lab: NYSC Edition
Equipping NYSC corps members with business development, financial literacy, digital and entrepreneurship skills to build sustainable enterprises. Impact: 3,000+ entrepreneurs trained | 150+ businesses supported with CAC registration.
Artisan Support Program
Strengthening artisans' technical and business capacity through vocational training, financial literacy, digital skills and AI-enabled productivity tools, with intentional inclusion of women and PWDs. Impact: 1,500+ artisans trained | 10,438 total beneficiaries.
